Return and Exchange Policy

Thanks for shopping at Bee Petite Boutique!

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 

To start a return/exchange, you can contact us at shopbeepetite@gmail.com. We'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns: You have 14 calendar days to return/exchange an item from the date you received it. 

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (tag on, no body or perfume odor, no stain, or any form of damage). Your item must be in the original packaging. 

Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for return/exchange of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Store Credit: If you prefer a store credit, please indicate it in the email.
